SCOTT CO.— Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Three Star Painting plans to conduct overnight alternating lane closures on I-65 NB and SB starting on or after Monday, August 1, for bridge joint replacement and repair over Muscatatuck Overflow in Scott County.
The bridge is located at MM 34.5 near Austin. Lane closures will take place nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday, August 4, weather permitting.
This work is part of a bridge maintenance contract awarded in March 2022. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down and use cautious in active work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
