INDIANAPOLIS — Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) has quickly become an essential component of business operations.
The Indiana Chamber’s new 2022 Sustainability Leadership Conference on September 8 at the Indiana Chamber Conference Center in Indianapolis will help environmental professionals identify opportunities to optimize their company’s ESG. Individuals also can attend virtually.
“Since ESG impacts a business’ short- and long-term decisions, it’s vital to ‘future-proof’ your organization by analyzing, strategizing and disclosing all ESG impacts,” explains Kerri Begley, Indiana Chamber vice president of business education and events. “The conference will help attendees identify strategic opportunities and meet competitive challenges for your company.”
Sessions include the following: global and national trends in sustainability; ESG 101: Requirements and reporting; EHS compliance and sustainability objectives; greenhouse gases (GHG); decarbonization and net zero strategies; why ESG matters to commercial real estate; and circular economy.
Admission is $449 for Indiana Chamber members and $549 for non-members.
