OOLITIC – The Town of Oolitic will conduct fire hydrant flushing beginning tonight. During the next several days in the evening and night hours, residents might see a slight effect on their water pressure due to hydrant flushing.
If water appears discolored, customers are advised to run their cold water until it clears. It is recommended that customers postpone washing laundry and limit the use of hot water until the cold water clears.
