MITCHELL – The City of Mitchell has issued a boil order due to a water main break.
The boil order was issued for Lehigh Cement, Cherry Street, Greenwood Street, and East Warren Street.
The boil order is in effect until further notice.
Bring all water to a boil. Let water boil vigorously for 2 minutes. Let the water cool before using, or use bottled water.
Pre-boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, brushing teeth, washing vegetables, washing dishes, making infant formula, all food preparation, and consumption, and making or using ice.
