BLOOMINGTON – The Monroe County Community Schools Corporation Early Learning Center was recently renewed as a Level-3 childcare center in Indiana’s “Paths to QUALITY” program.
Indiana’s “Paths to QUALITY” is a voluntary program that consists of levels of rigor that support high-quality care. These levels include: meeting the health and safety needs of children; supporting learning through a high-quality environment; planning a curriculum that guides child development and school readiness; and achieving national accreditation, which is the highest level of achievement.
Both the Early Learning Center and Hoosier Hills Childcare Center are Paths to Quality Level-3. Each center receives yearly visits to ensure that these standards are embedded in everyday practice. Teachers and staff work tirelessly to provide high-quality care and education to the families in our communities, and we are proud to enroll in a program that showcases those efforts.
