INDIANA – The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) underwent an email transition over the Labor Day weekend (late Friday, September 2, to early Tuesday, September 6).
CMS employees were unable to access or receive emails during the transition.
Unfortunately, during that process the Quality Payment Program (QPP) mailboxes could not receive emails from Tuesday, September 6 to Friday, September 9.
The mailboxes are now restored, and we ask that any emails submitted during that time period be resubmitted.
