BEDFORD – Carson Kelley, a senior at Bedford North Lawrence High School, has been named the Genius Jock for the month of October, presented by the attorneys at Pittman Law firm, Greg Pittman and Michelle Woodward.
Carson, the son of Robert and Melissa Kelley, likes to work on speed and cardio, being a member of both the Soccer and Track teams at BNL. He has been awarded five varsity letters, received the 2020 Most Improved soccer award and was named a team captain in 2022.
When he isn’t on the field or track working on his craft, Carson is studying. Currently carrying a 4.13 GPA, Carson likes to be involved in academics just as much as sports. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Bible Study Group, the Student-Athlete Leadership Team, and Student Council.
Carson plans to attend Purdue University in hopes of studying Aerospace Engineering.
