BEDFORD – This month’s Park Program presentation is scheduled for 6 p.m. on October 25th. The program will feature land management for upland game bird species in southeast Indiana.
Savannah Stout, the Southeast Indiana Farm Bill Wildlife Biologist with Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever will be the program’s speaker. Stout said she welcomes questions on the management of any of the upland birds which include quail, pheasant, grouse, or woodcock.
The presentation will be held at the historic Otis Park Bath House located between the Red Brick and the golf course office at 607 Tunnelton Road in Bedford.

Mark your calendars for the last program of the year on November 15th which is a Surveyor’s Snapshot of Indiana Forest in the early 1800s. This program will be presented by A.J. Ariens, the Indiana DNR Forest Archaeologist.
