Mary White, 80, of Williams, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at her residence.
Born September 17, 1942, in New Albany, IN, she was the daughter of John and Marjorie (Turner) Hunter. She had worked at GE and RCA as an assembler, retiring in 2002. She was a member of the Avoca Baptist Church and enjoyed her card club, being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Survivors include a daughter, Kelly White (Chris), of Shelbyville; two sons, Kent White (Dana), of Bedford, and Kevin White, of Williams; two granddaughters, Timber Browning (Noah), of Bedford and Kelsey Mikels (Jeremy), of Bedford; great-grandchildren, Emma, Bella, and Bear Browning, Kameron White, MaKenna White, and MaKenzie White, Hadlee, Logan, Bailey, Hunter, Aubree, and Dakota Mikels; one sister, Brenda Hackett, of NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John “Ed” Hunter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 28th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 27th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
