Joe Wray, 70, of Punta Gorda Florida, formerly of Bloomington, Indiana passed away Friday, November 25 at Shore Pointe Hospital, Punta Gorda.
Joe was born November 25, 1952, in Bedford, Indiana to James and Wilma (Darcus) Wray, who both preceded him in death.
Joe was the owner of Fine Print in Bloomington for over 40 years until his retirement and subsequent relocation to Florida. It was his lifelong dream to retire to Florida.
He was a diehard St. Louis Cardinal fan and enjoyed many trips with his “Cardinal Caravan” buddies.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Robert Wray.
He is survived by his wife Marsha (Dillard) and two brothers John (Gigi) Wray of Chicago and Ed (Kim) Wray of Bedford, brother-in-law Steve Dillard of Little Rock, and several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his two fur babies, Izzy and Zoe.
No services will take place per his wishes. He will be cremated and his ashes dispersed in the ocean which he so loved and enjoyed.
