MITCHELL – Mitchell Police are gearing up to hold their 1st Annual Toy Drive, to provide Christmas to children in need this holiday season.
A donation box has been set out in the lobby of the police station, where you can drop off your donation, that will then be sent to the families.
Items that can be donated include:
- Toys
- Puzzles
- Games
- and books
If you know of a family in need this holiday season, you can drop off the names and addresses of kids that you know are in need. Information can also be sent to Mitchell Police Officer Kenton Carter at kcarter@mitchell-in.gov.
Help spread the Christmas cheer in providing Christmas to members of your community. Donations will be accepted until Friday, December 23rd.
