INDIANA – The Healthy Homes Resource Program (HHP) is available statewide to income-qualified Hoosiers.
HHP is a partnership between IHCDA and the Indiana State Department of Health ISDH which are leading the State of Indiana’s effort to remediate health and safety hazards in targeted households throughout the State of Indiana.
IHCDA has released two Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and three Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) seeking services in radon testing and mitigation, lead based-paint testing and remediation, healthy homes assessments, general contracting, and technical writing.

The program is statewide and contractors can select a geographical area to perform services.
Interested contractors must submit the requested documents to dpugh@ihcda.IN.gov by January 9, 2023.
