STATEHOUSE – State Sen. Eric Koch (R-Bedford) has been reappointed by Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) to serve as ranking member of the Senate Committee on Judiciary for the 123rd Indiana General Assembly.
Sen. Koch will also serve as chairman of the Senate Committee on Utilities, ranking member of the Senate Committee on Commerce and Technology, and member of the Senate Committee on Corrections and Criminal Law.

The 2023 legislative session ceremonially began with Organization Day on Nov. 22. The Senate is scheduled to reconvene for a session on Jan. 9.
Sen. Koch is an attorney with The Koch Law Firm P.C. and serves on the Indiana Probate Code Study Commission and the Indiana Public Defender Commission. He also represents Indiana as a commissioner on the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
