Robert Dean Lipscomb, 56, of Heltonville, passed away at 10:20 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at I.U. Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born December 21, 1966, in Bedford, he was the son of David and Phyllis (Overly) Lipscomb. He was a mechanic for Mikels’ Service. He was a car enthusiast, loved Wheel Horse Tractors, and was a collector of all things.
A simple man, he loved his family and the simple things in life.
Survivors include three sons, Michael Lipscomb, Seth Lipscomb and his wife Brooke, all of Heltonville, Ethan Lipscomb and fiancé, Kaitlyn, of Bedford; five grandchildren, Aiden, Jackson, Addisyn, Trevor, and Cora; his father, David Lipscomb, and his wife Kay, of Heltonville; a brother, Brian Lipscomb, of Seymour; the mother of his boys, Jackie Lipscomb. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 2nd at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Cremation will follow.
