PATOKA – Patoka Lake will host its 35th annual eagle watch event on January 7th from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Learn about the success of the eagle reintroduction program in Indiana. See live birds of prey during an indoor program at the Nature Center. There will be children’s activities from 12:40 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
You can also join a wildlife specialist on a driving tour of sites bald eagles frequent. The cost is $25 per person. Kids 5 and under are free. Advance registration is required by calling the Patoka Lake Nature Center at 812-685-2447.
