Rose Ellen Gregory, 77, of Bedford, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, at IU Health Bloomington.
She was born November 4, 1945, in Bedford, to William and Doris Parker Martin. She married David E. Gregory on January 29, 1962, and he preceded her in death on October 17, 2006.
Rose Ellen attended Oolitic High School, was of the Christian faith, and was a 40-year Euchre Club member. She worked as a tax preparer from 1976 – 2018.
Surviving Rose Ellen are her three children, Terri Belcher of Bedford, David “Alan” Gregory, and Michael Gregory; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Preceding Rose Ellen in death were her husband; parents; and sister, Linda Ramsay.
Per Rose Ellen’s wishes, cremation was chosen and there will be no public services. Burial will
take place at Green Hill Cemetery at a later date.
Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford has been entrusted
with Rose Ellen’s care.
