MITCHELL – A Mitchell man was arrested Monday after Mitchell Police responded to a call of an unwanted person in the 200 block of West Main Street.
When officers arrived and found 46-year-old Chad Ley standing in the yard. He told police this was his home and had someone coming to change the locks.
Police then spoke to a female who told police Ley was not to be at the home and that she had filed a no-trespass order against Ley.
Central Dispatch confirmed there was a no-trespass order in place and Ley was detained on a charge of invasion of privacy.
