Thomas Lee Blake, 72, of Springville passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 3:19 a.m. at IU Health in Paoli.
He was born on June 29, 1950, in Bedford to Hubert and Gladys (Andis) Blake. He was a 1969 graduate of Fayetteville High School, he retired from G.E. in Bloomington and was a Cowboy.
Survivors include his mother, Gladys Blake of Springville, four sons, Matt (Amanda) Blake of Bedford, Toby Blake of Bedford, Tom (Kristi) Blake of Bedford, and Steve (Amy) Blake of Bedford, one brother, Steve, and two sisters, Nancy and Kathy, eight grandchildren, Logan, Garrett, Todd, Brittani, Jacalyn, Gavin, Maraya and Morgan, six great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his father
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Fellowship Hall of The Remnant Church, 130 M Street, Bedford, Indiana.
Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
