BEDFORD – Landowners in Lawrence County who are wanting to explore agricultural opportunities available to them can attend a Free event presented by Lawrence County Purdue Extension on Saturday, February 25 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds Expo Hall on US 50 West.
All areas of agricultural interest are welcome to this event. Lawrence County’s most knowledgeable resources will be on hand to provide agricultural-related assistance in a variety of forms, such as education, finances, membership, politics, travel, etc.

local resources from Lawrence County that provide agricultural-related assistance in a variety of
forms, including but not limited to: education, financial, membership, political, travel, etc. The
program will include free food and activities for children.
All who are interested are welcome to attend this program that is through the partnership efforts
of: Bedford Beekeepers, Lawrence County Cattlemen’s Association, Lawrence County SWCD,
Lawrence County Farm Bureau, Natural Resources Conservation District – USDA, and Purdue
Extension-Lawrence County.
