Dawn Nicole (Caraway) Wheeler, 47, of Bedford passed away unexpectedly at her residence on January 24, 2023.
She was born in Bedford on February 27, 1975, to Stephen and Darlene Caraway, she was employed at
Walmart in Bedford and was a graduate of BNL High School. She will be missed by all that knew her, especially her two fur babies Kalua and Bella who were her constant companions.
Survivors include her husband, Jason Wheeler of Bedford, her children, Gage Andrick of Bedford and Camden Andrick of Bedford, her parents, Stephen and Darlene Caraway of Bedford, sister, Deanna Jones of Bedford, brother, Anthony (Kasey) Caraway of Bedford, special niece, Marissa Caraway of Bloomington. Dawn was a second Mom to her throughout her life. Nephew, Dakota Caraway who helped her and checked on her daily, niece, Lacey Shaw, nephews, Landon Shaw of Bedford and Logan Shaw of Bloomington, ten great nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Jeanette Cobb and Othel and Phyllis Caraway, and uncle, Ernie Cobb.
A celebration of her life will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Victory Family Fellowship Church at 305 West Warren Street in Mitchell, with Kyle Hall, officiating, other speakers will be Deanna Jones, Marissa Caraway, and Steve Caraway.
Cresthaven Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.
