Jessie Kimmel, of Bedford, passed away at 4:06 p.m. on Monday, February 6, 2023, at her residence.
Born May 26, 1949, she was the daughter of Audie and Clara (Siedle) Crawford. She married Kenneth Kimmel on June 20, 1998, and he preceded her in death on September 19, 2021.
Survivors include children, Melinda Crawford, of Bloomington, Bradley Crawford, of Bloomington, Kay Lavender, and her husband, Kenneth, of Martinsville; Scott Kimmel and his wife, Tammy, of Bedford, Melinda Williamson, and her husband, Randy, of Springville; twelve grandchildren, Melissa Augilar-Perez, Heather Crawford, Dylan Crawford, Jackson Crawford, Linsey Taylor, Andy Kimmel, Cassie Peyton, Sarah Flynn, Connor Morgan, Justin Williamson, Kelli Hoff, and Leslie Batcho-Bullerdick; fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 10th at the Bedford Baptist Temple with Pastor Lyman Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Springville Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9th, and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday, all at the Bedford Baptist Temple.
