David “Dave” Dean Armstrong, 78, of Bedford, IN, passed away on February 12, 2023, at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.
Born on July 24, 1944, he was the son of Otho and Isma (Hammersley) Armstrong.
Surviving to cherish the memory of Dave are his son, Brad Armstrong; three daughters, Brandee (Carl) Shelton, Missy Kern, and Leah (James) Prince; grandchildren, Samantha Hughes, Shanda Armstrong, Justin Armstrong, Jessie Shelton, Sydney Brazzell, Zane Grissom, and Kennah Kern and grandchildren Travis Armstrong, Landon Prince, Vidalia Prince, Ava Prince, and Lilly Prince, sister, Dana Daniels and several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Dave is preceded in death by his parents, Otho and Isma; brother, Larry Armstrong; and son, David Burton.
Cremation was chosen with burial at Silverville Baptist.
The Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with Dave’s care.
