INDIANA – The Family and Social Services Administration is requesting interested individuals receiving Medicaid Home Health services, along with their family members or guardians, to participate in virtual and/or in-person focus groups, so the agency may have a better understanding of the challenges those receiving Medicaid Home Health services may be encountering.
Medicaid Home Health services can include but are not limited to:
- Assistance with daily living such as getting in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and motor vehicles, including the use of lift equipment.
- Assistance with routine bodily functions, including bathing and personal hygiene; using the toilet; dressing and grooming; and feeding, including preparation and cleanup.
- Medication assistance such as reminders and help in the opening of preset medication containers and aiding in the taking of medications.
If you would like to participate in a focus group, click here to take a survey, which will help FSSA determine, dates, times, locations, and topics to discuss. This survey is optional, and you are not required to reply. More information about upcoming focus groups will be shared with interested survey respondents through email in the Spring of 2023.
If you have questions or need support completing this survey, email backhome.indiana@fssa.in.gov.
