BEDFORD – St. Vincent de Paul School Parent Teacher Group is hosting the Annual Shamrockin Auction on Saturday, March 11 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The PTG is proud to support our students and staff with this fundraiser. This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.
The Auction is the largest fundraiser of the year and provides funding for a variety of student enrichment programs, such as Academic Competitions, Lego League, Science Olympiad, Educational Field Trips, Art, Music, & PE supplies, Playground Equipment, Classroom Technology & Supplies and Teacher Enrichment Programs.
St. Vincent has a long-standing history of academic excellence which includes having earned an “A” rating from the state for the past 8 years. The PTG asks area businesses to consider making a donation to the Auction to help support the school, students & staff. They welcome any contributions and below is a list of common ways to contribute:
Auction Item Donation
The Shamrockin’ Auction has Live Auction, Silent Auction & Raffle components to help raise funds for our school. If you would be willing to donate a gift card and/or items from the business, we would be able to utilize your donation in one of the auction areas; live, silent or raffle.
Attend the Shamrockin’ Auction
Anyone can attend the Shamrockin Auction to bid on items and contribute to the school. Bracelets are $15.00 per person and include admission, along with your bid number and dinner which will be catered by Golden Corral. There is also a cash bar and desserts available for purchase. The dessert sales specifically benefit the 8th Grade Class to help pay for their end of the year trip. To purchase tickets, please contact the school office at 812-279-2540 There will be a limited number of tickets are available at the door, these tickets will be $20.00 per person. Another option is to reserve a table at the auction. The cost is $200 to reserve a table and it includes your name/business on the table, eight bracelets, and an entry into a drawing to win a Mexican Dinner for 8 prepared by our Principal Mrs. Underwood along with Mrs. Millie Castagnier, the former preschool teacher at SVS.
