WASHINGTON – Washington Police arrested a man wanted on a warrant Friday after they spotted him in a parked vehicle outside of a home on East Van Trees Street.
Police say 55-year-old Danny Christenberry Sr., of Washington, was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in Martin County on a possession of marijuana charge.
While detaining Christenberry police found he had about 20 grams of methamphetamine and prescription pills he did not have a prescription for and drug paraphernalia.
Christenberry is now facing new charges of dealing meth.
Assisting at the scene were Daviess County Sheriff’s Department deputies.
