MITCHELL – The Mitchell Community School Board of Trustees will meet in both an executive and regular session on Monday, March 13.
The meetings will be held in the Administration Conference Room.
The executive session will begin at 5 p.m. with the regular session to follow at 6 p.m.
The following is the agenda for the executive session. The agenda for the regular meeting will be released at a later date.
Agenda for executive session:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b)
