Dennis Wayne “Denny” Robbins, 76, of Bedford passed away at Bliss Place on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
Born September 10, 1946, in Bedford, he was the son of Thelma Maxine (Bell) and Norval Dale Robbins. Denny married Chris Shipman on June 5, 1966, and she preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Dale Lynn Ryan and husband, Mark, and Amy McGlocklin and husband, Tony; a son, Brian Robbins, and wife, Carie; five grandchildren, Jackson (Carlee) Ryan, Madison (Juan) Tirado, Dru Robbins, Tyler McGlocklin, Taylor McGlocklin; a great-granddaughter, Ruby Ryan; three sisters, Judy (Larry) Kidwell, Kim (Joe) Howell, and Diana Megnin; several nieces, nephews, and special friends including Jack Kenworthy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a sister.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Jeff Hudelson officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
