ORLEANS – The Orleans Dogwood Festival is right around the corner and officials are looking for Orange County’s adorable babies.
The Orleans Dogwood Festival Baby Contest is being held this year on Sunday, April 23 in the Orleans High School Cafeteria.
There is an $8 registration fee per child, and you must register your child 15 minutes before his or her category. Late entries will not be accepted.
The category times are as follows:
- 2 p.m. – boys & girls 0-3 months
- 2:30 p.m. – boys & girls 4-6 months
- 3 p.m. – boys & girls 7-13 months
- 3:30 p.m. – boys & girls 14-23 months
- 4 p.m. – boys & girls age 2
- 4:30 p.m. – boys & girls ages 3-4
Judging will be based on attire, personality, appearance, and interaction with judges.
Winners from each category will be awarded accordingly and get their picture taken with the 2023 Orleans Dogwood Festival Queen.
