INDIANAPOLIS – Summer and Indiana State Fair are just around the corner and there are opportunities for you to learn about 4-H on a state level, meet new friends, and earn money.
Each year Indiana State Fair allows 4-H to hire youth 14 and older, as well as college-age young adults, to work as fair seasonal employees in the 4-H Exhibit Hall.
Exhibit hall workers check in nearly 9,000 exhibits, provide assistance to judges, maintain records, set exhibits for display, and help the public learn more about 4-H as they visit the 4-H complex. Exhibit hall workers are also responsible for releasing exhibits and cleaning the buildings when the fair has concluded. On-site housing is provided.
Visit the Indiana 4-H website to learn more about this fantastic opportunity.
While preference is given to those completing the online application by April 15, applications will continue to be received and reviewed until all positions are filled.
