MITCHELL – Indiana State Police are investigating an incident that has left a child dead.
According to Mitchell Police Department, the investigation has been turned over to the Indiana State Police.
Lawrence County Central Dispatch received a call at 2:37 p.m. on Wednesday, reporting a medical emergency at Boots and Bows Daycare on Teke Burton Drive in Mitchell. Mitchell Police Department, Mitchell Fire Department, and an IU Lifeline Ambulance responded to the scene.
