PAOLI – On February 1, 2023, Orange County Sheriff’s Department detective began an investigation into allegations of child molestation involving 23-year-old Harley Music, of Paoli and underage children.
During interviews, police learned the alleged molestation incidents began when the children were younger and continued for two years with the incidents happening at different locations.
Music turned himself in on Monday, March 13th. He is facing a Level 1 felony charge of child molestation and two Level 4 charges of fondling or touching a child under the age of 14 years old. He is being held in the Orange County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
Music pleaded not guilty to the charges in Orange County Circuit Court on Tuesday, March 14th. Judge Steven Owen issued a no-contact order preventing Music to contact the victims. Music’s attorney Paul Matthew Blanton filed to reduce Music’s bail. A bond reduction hearing is scheduled for April 4th at 9 a.m.
