SEYMOUR – Zane Thompson blazed his way to wins in three events during the Seymour Triangular meet on Thursday.
Seymour won the team title with 68 points, followed by Jennings County (58) and the Stars (41).
Thompson was the fastest on the track as he claimed the 100-meter dash (11.41), 200 (23.13) and the 300 low hurdles (40.75).
Other winners for BNL included Brayden Patterson (6-2 in the high jump) and Frank Decker (11-0 in the pole vault).
In the girls meet, Seymour and Jennings County shared the team crown with 66 points, while BNL was third with 35.
Winners for the Stars included Ellie Anderson (14-0 1/2 in the long jump) and Kaylin Ritz (7-0 in the pole vault). Anderson was also second in the 200 (29.00) while Mary Batz was second in the 400 (1:05.61).
The Stars will return to action at home on April 13.
