WASHINGTON – Daviess County driver was arrested after crashing into a parked car and damaging a stop siden on East Walnut Street in Washington, before attempting to drive on the sidewalk.
Police arrested Widler Edouard on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OWI endangerment, and leaving the scene of an accident.
A blood alcohol test confirmed Edouard’s blood alcohol content was 0.182 percent.
