BEDFORD – Parkview Elementary School’s Spring Carnival is Friday.
The carnival will be from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
There will be carnival games, cake walks, raffles, food trucks, and live music.
Bedford Fire Department will be bringing one of the trucks for you to get up close to and check out. Join Chief John Hughes and some of the firemen for demonstrations from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. They will demonstrate how they put out fires with their truck hoses to show how they put out fires. Firefighters will also have an obstacle course using a smoke-out mask so you can experience what it’s like when the firemen run into a fire.
Ed and Toni will be there with their complete suits including a mask and gloves along with an active bee hive. They also have a hive, educational box, and lots more. Be sure to stop by and see them.
Join the fun and enjoy pizza, popcorn, cotton candy, and caramel apple nachos. Fanny New iced cold brew coffees, fountain drinks, and homemade goodies including cinnamon logs, caramel sticks, pecan bombs, and cookie dough bites will also be there for you to enjoy. You might even choose to have a caramel apple of your choice between plain, peanut, or with sprinkles.
