JASPER – A Washington teen was arrested on Friday, April 15th after a report of a domestic fight at Dubois Apartments.
Jasper Police Department officers responded to the apartment complex at 4:44 p.m.
Police say 18-year-old Ryan Valdez confined a female in his black Honda Civic and physically assaulted her.
Valdez was detained and taken to the Dubois County Security Center on charges of criminal confinement and domestic battery.
