MARTIN CO. – Martin County Highway Superintendent Scott Seals told the commissioners this week he has received numerous complaints this month of damage to county roads due to heavy farm equipment and trucks.
The reported damage occurred on recently chipped and sealed roads and roads that now getting ready to be paved.
Seals is asking residents who witness damage to county roadways to call the Martin County Sheriff’s Department and take photos or videos of the incident and record the vehicle’s license plate number.
