SEYMOUR – A Seymour man was arrested on charges of rape and sexual misconduct after a report that a 15-year-old girl had been assaulted.
Police were informed of the incident on March 20, 2023 and began investigating. Investigators interviewed the victim on March 28.
The suspect, 22-year-old Jalen Williams, of Seymour, was interviewed on April 18.
He was later arrested on charges of rape, and sexual misconduct with a minor.
