VALPARAISO – Northwest Indiana Partners for Clean Air will honor the Region’s top air quality leaders and winners of two college scholarships at the organization’s 2022 awards luncheon.
Four awards will be presented in each of the following categories: Business, Municipal, Industrial, and the Mark Siminski Bicycle Award, which recognizes an individual or entity for extraordinary efforts to promote and/or participate in bicycling in the Northwest Indiana community. Winners are selected from nominees submitted to the Partners for Clean Air Steering Committee earlier this year.

Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) Commissioner, Brian Rockensuess, will provide an update on the agency during his keynote address. The event will feature speakers, networking, lunch, an electric school bus, a prize giveaway, scholarship award presentations, and the annual awards ceremony.
