BLOOMINGTON – Bedford North Lawrence finished seventh among 15 teams in the Bloomington North Invitational during boys high school golf action on Saturday at Cascades.
The Stars posted a team total of 325. Sixth-ranked Center Grove won the title with 304, followed by Westfield (308), Bloomington North (309) and No.13 Columbus North (311).
Colton Staggs paced BNL, playing on the course that will host the IHSAA sectional, with a 79, while Jett Jones carded an 80. Tyler Bellush (82) and Drew McKee (84) capped the team scoring.
Center Grove’s Brody Holubar was the medalist with a 1-under 71, while five golfers totaled 74s.
BNL will face Bloomington North on Tuesday.
