BEDFORD – Two people were arrested on drug charges Saturday after a Bedford Police officer stopped a red Ford Ranger for having an obstructed license plate. The vehicle pulled over at the Circle K gas station at 14th Street and Lincoln Avenue.
The driver was 42-year-old Rory Case, of Bedford and his passenger was 33-year-old Chrystal Tolber, also of Bedford.
Police say Case was intoxicated. Both said there were no drugs in the vehicle.

In Case’s sock police found a plastic baggy containing crystal meth. He admitted to smoking meth earlier that day. Case consented to a blood draw and was transported to IU Health Bedford Hospital.
Case was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance, OWI endangerment, and possession of meth
Tolber was arrested on charges of possession of meth and wanted on a warrant for petition to revoke
The vehicle was towed by Mikels Towing and Recovery LLC.
