MITCHELL – The Lawrence County Republican Central Committee will be holding a caucus on Thursday, June 8th, to appoint a replacement to the withdrawn Mitchell Clerk-Treasurer November general election ballot position, due to the withdrawal of Mark Bryant.
Republican Precinct Committee People representing the 4 precincts within the City of Mitchell are eligible to participate in the vote. If unable to attend, their respective vice committee people can vote in their place.
Interested applicants can submit applications at the Lawrence County Voter Registration offices up to 72 hours before the Caucus on the 8th.
The vote will be held at 6 pm, Thursday, June 8th at the Mitchell Community Center.
