SEYMOUR – A West Virginia woman was arrested on Tuesday after a Seymour Police officer responded to a local business after a report the woman was exposing herself and had urinated on sale items.
According to Lieutenant C. J. Foster, officers located the female in the parking lot. The female ignored orders from officers to stop and ran away.
Officers ultimately caught up with her and she was detained.
The woman was identified as 21-year-old Mackenzie R. Creel, of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
During a search of her person, police found Creel with meth and drug paraphernalia.
Creel is facing charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft with a prior conviction for depriving the business of the value of the items she urinated on, resisting arrest, and public indecency.
