INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Secretary of State’s Office is excited to host The International Association of Commercial Administrators Conference (IACA).
IACA is a professional association for government administrators of business organizations and secured transaction registries at the state, provincial, territorial, and national levels.
Attendees from more than 40 states, 3 Canadian provinces, and nearly a dozen countries around the world will be attending the conference in downtown Indianapolis. In addition, more than two dozen vendors from across the country will be set up. This is the first time Indianapolis has hosted IACA.
Secretary of State Diego Morales is excited to welcome national and international attendees, “Indiana is the perfect spot to host this incredible conference. We invite professionals from Mississippi to Slovenia to Africa and everywhere in between to experience the Hoosier State during the month of May,” said Secretary Morales. “I’m looking forward to developing relationships on a national and international level and showing attendees the meaning of Hoosier Hospitality.”
Since the start of Secretary Morales’s administration, foreign trade has been a major focus, and this serves as another example of his commitment to forming international connections.
Business Services Divisions are vital for state, national, and international economies. Business registration and secured transactions are the backbones of entrepreneurship.
IACA’s primary mission is educating business registries on best practices, encouraging collaborative problem-solving, and networking through the annual conference hosted each spring.
This is the 46th year of the IACA Conference. The conference starts on Sunday, May 21, and ends on May 25th.
