JOHNSON CO. – Mullinix Road east of State Road 37 will be closed between Smith Valley Road and Olive Branch Road following morning rush hour on or after Monday, May 15 to complete construction of the roundabout at Smith Valley and Mullinix roads.
The closure is expected to last approximately two months. The signed detour follows Olive Branch Road and Morgantown Road (C.R. 500).
The full Smith Valley Road interchange will be opened in phases over the summer, with the overpass bridge, southbound ramps and northbound ramps to come online at different times.
