VIGO CO. – Early this morning, Jon Luke Benjamin McGuff was taken into custody in Terre Haute, without incident, by the Putnamville Post Criminal Division. McGuff has been transported to the Clay County Jail where he is now incarcerated.
The investigation is being conducted by Indiana State Police Detectives Don Curtis, Jason Schofstall, and Angie Hahn, with the assistance of Sergeant Michael Featherling, First Sergeant Brian Maudlin, and CSI Sergeant Tim Rader.Â
