Betty Hubbard Jackson, 87, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Bliss Place Assisted Living Community.
Born on March 5, 1936, she was the daughter of Austin O. and Hilda (Foster) Hubbard. She married C. Delano Jackson, and he preceded her in death in 2018. Betty graduated from Bedford High School in 1954 and was a member of the Restoration Church of the Nazarene. She formerly worked for Mills Market as well as Bedford National Bank.
Surviving Betty is her daughter, Cynda Maynard (Wayne) of Bedford; two grandchildren, Kenyon Maynard (Katie) of Carmel, IN, and Monyca Easter (Josh) of Bedford; and three great-grandchildren, Riley Easter, Jackson Easter, and Levi Maynard.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Katie Aeillo; and two brothers, Gene and Bill Hubbard.
Funeral Services will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford with Pastor Mark Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the service time on Thursday, also at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel.
