BEDFORD – The Bedford Board of Works approved various personnel changes on Monday for the city’s fire and police departments, including the swearing-in of a new hire and permanent promotions.
Fire Department Changes
- Ethan Grissom – sworn in as the new firefighter
- Mark A. Roberts – resignation as Senior Firefighter
- Adam W. Wiggins – Probationary Promotion to Firefighter Second Class
Police Department Changes
- Captain Blake Wade – Permanent promotion to Major
- Sergeant Clint Swanson – Permanent promotion to Captain
- Officer Toby Gerkin – Permanent promotion to Sergeant
