SPRINGVILLE – The Springville Community and Rural Foundation, Inc. (SCARF) Board of Trustees will meet for an executive session and regular public meeting on Thursday, May 18th.
The executive session will begin at 6 p.m. followed by the public meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Springville Community Academy at 126 Brick Street in Springville.

a. Annual meeting to be held in June per the SCARF Bylaws. The election of officers will be held at this time.
i. Section 5.08. Annual Meetings. An annual meeting of the Board of Trustees for the election of Trustees and Officers, and such other business as may come before the meeting, shall be held in June of Meeting Notice Posted: 5/16/2023 each year. Written notice shall be given not less than five (5) days nor more than ten (10) days of the time, place, and purposes of the meeting. The meeting shall be held at the principal location of the Corporation or such other place as shall be specified in the meeting notice. The notice shall comply with the Public Meetings Law (Open Door Law). If the annual meeting is not held as above provided, the election of officers may be held at any subsequent meeting of the Board of Trustees specifically called in the manner set forth herein.
