BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington North edged Bedford North Lawrence 153-162 during boys high school golf action at Cascades on Friday.
The match, originally scheduled for 18 holes, was reduced to nine when a storm descended with only two holes remaining.
Jett Jones and Colton Staggs (who was only 2-over for the round when play was halted after 16 holes) paced BNL with 39s. Drew McKee carded 40 and Houston Corbin capped the team scoring with 44. Grant McCrea and Petre Lee fired 37s for the Cougars.
The Stars will compete in the Hoosier Hills Conference tournament on Monday.
