SEYMOUR – Bedford North Lawrence finished second in a three-team meet during boys high school golf action at Shadowood on Tuesday.
The Stars, with Jett Jones firing a 1-under 35 on the front nine, posted a team total of 164. Seymour won with a 163 total, while Providence carded 168.
Jones, continuing his solid play, birdied the fourth and ninth holes. Colton Staggs, Houston Corbin and Drew McKee all carded 43s to cap the BNL scoring.
Providence sophomore Blaine Beckort was the medalist with a 2-under 34.
BNL will host Mitchell and West Washington on Thursday at Otis Park.
